I am looking for a person/company to do a fully assembled and functioning proton pack for me. I am not interested in it being done before Halloween. I have already contacted Karnivorous Creations and they advised me that they no longer do full builds, which brings me here seeking another that can complete my request.

I'd highly recommend Dave at Proton Props in the UK. He uses Karnivorous Creations shells, and does fantastic quality work. He's not the cheapest, but that is reflected in the quality of his builds.
